Residential
Yorkshire, East Riding & Midlands – Cost management of multiple residential projects for Lovell Homes, Avant Homes, Persimmon, Harron Homes and Keepmoat, with project values ranging from £1m to £70m.
Commercial
Nationwide – Cost and project management of commercial projects across the UK, from Scotland to the South Coast, including hotels along the M1 corridor for Morgan Sindall, a police station in Manchester for Greater Manchester Police, and multiple commercial warehouse developments (new build and refurbishment) for MKM and various contractors, with project values ranging from £200k to £50m.
External Works
Nationwide – Oversight of a wide range of external works on behalf of groundworks contractors, including Williams Construction, C&S Civils, Will Nixon Ltd, and others. Works have included plot paving, fencing replacements, and tarmac and concrete car park construction, with project values ranging from £5k to £250k.
Private Developments
We are partnered with a select number of highly regarded private contractors and clients who trust us to oversee projects from start to completion. This has included private residential developments, pubs and cocktail bars, restaurants, and sports centres. Through this work, we have built a strong network of reliable, multi-disciplinary contractors who consistently deliver excellent results and form a key part of our success. These projects are primarily located across the Yorkshire and Midlands regions, with values ranging from £1k to £3m.
Infrastructure
We have provided estimating services to one of the UK’s leading concrete utility contractors, pricing a range of concrete products including tanks and retaining walls, with project values ranging from £25k to £2m.
