At MET, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality quantity surveying, cost estimating, project management, and design support tailored to the construction industry. With over 20 years’ experience working as a contractor, client, and surveyor with some of the UK’s largest builders, we provide accurate costings, detailed reports, expert financial guidance, and technical assistance at every stage of a project.
Our experience spans large and small-scale house building, warehouse and office refurbishments, road and sewer works, and external and plot works – with projects ranging from £1k to £70m. This allows us to adapt our services to suit any project size or complexity.
